Since our main campus in Storrs is essentially its own town, 51³Ô¹Ï has its own . Our own and departments, as well as the , ensure a safe and secure campus for all of our students.
In the event of an emergency, our campus-wide informs the community of the situation, its severity, and the appropriate actions to take. All students are encouraged to register their cell phones with our system.
Student Health Services
Primary medical care, a women’s clinic, nutrition services, counseling and mental health services, physical therapy, and more are offered through on campus.
Office of Institutional Equity
51³Ô¹Ï is committed to creating and maintaining a campus environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.
The , formerly the Office of Diversity and Equity, investigates University conduct code and policy violations, including investigations of sexual misconduct, when the accused individual is a 51³Ô¹Ï student or employee.

Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
Every year, 51³Ô¹Ï releases the Annual Security and Fire Report to the University community. Statistics are gathered at the Storrs campus and all the regional campuses that are part of the University.
